We collect data, ask questions and make sure we understand you before we proceed to build a plan specific to you and your goals.

Together, you, your Trainer Partner (and Nutrition Coach) will start the work. With your customised and bespoke plan, your Trainer Partner will push you and increase the challenge of your training so you’ll never reach a plateau and most importantly, enjoy your sessions.

Personal Training Rates

We remain transparent on our personal training rates so you can make an informed decision before working with us.

Our packages are billed fortnightly and you can cancel anytime with a 2-week notice after 2 cycles (minimum 1-month), although our clients get the most optimal results if they stay 3 months or more – change doesn't happen overnight! Check out our rates below.

Each session is 60 minutes and it includes:

🔥 1 or 2 times a week of 1-on-1 personal training sessions
🔥 2-3 times of self-workouts, customised and guided for you, delivered through our app
🔥 Monthly body composition measurements and metric tracking
🔥 Access to our weekly 1-Habit Tribe sessions every Saturday

Trainee trainer

Our Trainee Trainers are certified personal trainers but they have less than 1 year of practical experience. They are closely mentored by our Head Trainer so you'll get the most efficient results.
