We remain transparent on our personal training rates so you can make an informed decision before working with us.
Our packages are billed fortnightly and you can cancel anytime with a 2-week notice after 2 cycles (minimum 1-month), although our clients get the most optimal results if they stay 3 months or more – change doesn't happen overnight! Check out our rates below.
Each session is 60 minutes and it includes:
🔥 1 or 2 times a week of 1-on-1 personal training sessions
🔥 2-3 times of self-workouts, customised and guided for you, delivered through our app
🔥 Monthly body composition measurements and metric tracking
🔥 Access to our weekly 1-Habit Tribe sessions every Saturday
Our Trainee Trainers are certified personal trainers but they have less than 1 year of practical experience. They are closely mentored by our Head Trainer so you'll get the most efficient results.
